1 - Login and click on the SCN Application Menu
2 - Click on New Application
3 - Select vessel ID and key in neccessary information and click Save Header button
4 - Fill in arrival port terminal and choose ETA & ETD date time
5 - Click Save All button to complete information
6 - You need to submit application to get the SCN Number
